National Youth Leadership Training
National Youth Leadership Training is an action-Packed, week-long program designed to provide Scouts from all across the country with leadership skills and real-world experience. Formerly known as Brownsea, the upgraded NYLT program integrates the best of modern leadership theory with the traditional strengths of Scouting, including teambuilding and wilderness adventure.
In order to attend an NYLT course, you must be 13 years of age, have completed the seventh grade, and have earned the rank of a First Class Scout.
