Religious Emblems

photo of a boy scout. To encourage members to grow stronger in their faith, many religious groups have developed their own unique Religious Emblem programs. Although these emblems are intended to be worn on the Scout uniform, the Boy Scouts of America is not directly involved in issuing the awards. Instead, this is an independent program established and administered by the religious organizations themselves.

Each organization awards its Religious Emblem based on its own criteria in order to reflect the beliefs, traditions, and values of their faith.

How can I get my Emblem?

Contact the Middle Tennessee Council service center or the religious organization directly to obtain curriculum booklets for your Religious Emblem.
